We're so excited to announce the chefs who will be cooking alongside Chef Jeremy for Grove's annual Slow Food West Michigan Harvest Dinner! First up: Chef Mike Borraccio Chef Mike Borraccio, former Chef de Cuisine at Grove, grew up cooking with his father and grandma at the family's Italian restaurant, Lino's, in Metro Detroit. After spending time cooking in Chicago and Grand Rapids, Mike moved back to the east side of the state to build his own restaurant. This pursuit led to the creation of his supper club, Cafe Corretto, an "Italian-ish" dinner series built around his love for pasta-making, bread, and Italian traditions.
